About Lafarge Technical Skills Development Program

This is a public-private sector partnership that equips and trains successful applicants with great skills and attitudes. With that, they go-ahead to be self-employed/employable in the vocational areas above. The program lasts for a period of 36 months. Afterward, the successful candidates will enjoy tuition-free lectures.

They will also partake in good hands-on sessions. Additionally, there would be a little allowance to offset out of pocket expenses. After graduation, graduates will be given Lafarge Africa Plc’s internal certificate and the National Innovation Diploma (NID) certificate.
